Opus Network

The Opus Network

Free membership. Real support. Built for the programs already doing the work.

What It Is

A home for grassroots music programs worldwide.

The Opus Network is In Concert's membership program for community-rooted music organizations using music for social impact. Membership is free — always. What you receive in return is concrete: a professional presence, access to funding, connection to a global peer community, and recognition for the work you've already built.

We don't tell you how to run your program. We provide the support that lets you focus on your students and your community.

Who Qualifies

If you're already doing this work, you likely qualify.

The Opus Network was designed with a specific program in mind: grassroots, community-rooted, and using music to reach young people who would otherwise have little or no access to it. We believe that programs doing this work — often building something significant with limited resources — deserve the same quality of support as larger, more established organizations. If that describes your work, the Opus Network was built for you.

1

You are running an active music program

Your program is up and running — with students, teachers, and a community that shows up for it. You have a track record, even if you are still building.

2

Music is a means, not just an end

Your program is invested in what music makes possible for young people and their communities — not only in artistic excellence, but in the doors it opens and the futures it shapes.

3

You are actively working to widen access

Your program is intentionally reaching young people for whom quality music education would otherwise be out of reach — and you are building something that lasts in your community.

4

Membership is a two-way relationship

Members share periodic updates through a simple online form. Your stories, numbers, and milestones help In Concert report to the field and tell the world about the work happening in your community.
